Payment Policy
Place your order in one of three ways:
- Log onto www.italianimports.us, our highly secure web-site.
- Call your order in to 1-888-623-6290.
- Mail your order to Spiritual Collections P.O. Box 334, Hubbard, OH 44425.
Spiritual Collections accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks and money orders can be sent to Spiritual Collections, P.O. Box 334, Hubbard, OH 44425. If paying with check or money order, your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and has cleared.
Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped UPS ground from our Hubbard, OH warehouse. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii may require 2nd Day Air UPS Service and may have additional limitations due to local restrictions.
Orders will ship within 2-7 business days. Larger items or orders may require additional processing time. If we are out of stock on an item, we will inform you of the back order status, estimate the shipping date or give you the opportunity to find a suitable substitute.
Estimated shipping days given over the phone or via UPS maps are from time of shipment, not time of order.
Any damaged shipment must be reported immediately to our customer service department at 1-888-623-6290. (Claims 10 days after delivery cannot be processed.)
Any problems with shipping, be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately in order to put a claim in with the shipping company. Shipping box and all packaging materials must be kept until the claim is processed.
If you are concerned about a delivery or possible damage please call our service department at 1-888-623-6290. The customer is responsible for tracking the package through the UPS code and calling customer service to alert us to a possible failed delivery. (Claims after 10 days cannot be processed.)
Non-Stock Orders
We will notify you with an estimated ship date on all non-stock items.
If part of your order is in stock, those items will be shipped or set aside (at the time of payment). If the items are not in stock, your items will be included in our next shipment from Italy. An estimated delivery date will be given to you once we have all your (shipping/address/quantity requested) information.
Returns Policy
Spiritual Collections will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 14 days after the date of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition.
You (the consumer) are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
If there are any defects with the product you have ordered from Spiritual Collections, please contact us immediately. Claims after 10 days from purchase cannot be processed.
If the returned item is damaged in any way and you had not reported it prior to your return, then there will be a 15-75% restocking fee that will apply. The percentage charged is dependent upon the product and the condition. You must contact us prior to returning any item. Failure to do so will incur an automatic minimum restocking fee of 25%.
NO RETURNS on any FOOD/PERISHABLES:
Perishables are non-refundable. At times, we may offer food or perishable items on our website. Due to Health Standards no food or any other perishables will be accepted as a return or exchange. Any perishables returned to Spiritual Collections will be discarded immediately upon delivery and no refunds will be given.
Also any used food-related products are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
When you shop on-line at italianimports.us, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Spiritual Collections is "anti-spam" and will not use unethical promotional methods. We use "SSL" servers for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.
Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the Internet. Also, your customer data is considered private and will not be sold or shared with any outside interests.
